CANADA - I ship FREE via Canada Post oversized lettermail (NO tracking) and it usually takes 1-10 business days once shipped. If you need it sooner - please get in touch prior to ordering for an Xpresspost quote!

US/INTERNATIONAL - I ship from Canada and use a courier to take US and International orders across the Canadian border for me - once it is marked "shipped" please add 2-4 business days before you see tracking. US orders ship via USPS with tracking and usually take 2-7 business days once they arrive in the US. International orders ship via USPS/Asendia - the usual transit time for international orders is between 3 and 8 weeks, please keep in mind that these times can vary greatly.

STERLING SILVER
Our quality sterling silver is an excellent and durable option for everyday wear. Sterling silver is considered a precious metal, and consists of 92.5% pure silver. (Which is why sterling silver is sometimes referred to as “925 silver.") The other 7.5% of the alloy is usually copper, which strengthens the silver without compromising its appearance. When you receive your piece, you might notice that there’s not always “925” stamped on your jewellery like with some sterling silver pieces - this is because our jewellery is handmade and doesn’t require a stamp of authenticity. But rest assured: We only use the highest quality, authentic sterling silver in our pieces!

The best thing you can do with sterling silver, gold filled or vermeil jewellery is keep it sealed in a baggie when you aren't wearing it, to prevent oxidization (i.e., not on your bathroom countertop!). There are jewellery cleaners, that if used occasionally, will really help to keep your piece clean. I personally use a Sunshine polishing cloth or a dip such as Hagerty or Connoisseurs...and there are DIY versions you can find on Pinterest!

Though none of our pieces contain common allergens like nickel, it is still possible that you could have a reaction or the natural oils from your skin could cause them to lose their shine, as each person's body chemistry and sensitivities are a little bit different. A few helpful tips for avoiding discolouration of the skin: always take off your jewellery before entering chlorinated water; when applying cosmetics, remove your jewellery beforehand and wash your hands thoroughly before putting them back on; and of course - clean your pieces often!
